The ABAC Doctor of Management in Organization Development (DM OD) Program, is a research-based, professional-practice doctoral program in management studies areas, particularly focused on the areas of Management in Organization, Organization Development, Organization Change, Technology and Innovation Management. Students are based at Assumption University with the collaboration of well-known international network of universities and institutes. Those who successfully complete the program will receive a degree from Assumption University.

The program consists of a combination of workshops and presentations interspersed by periods of individual research and supervision. It is structured so that the majority of registrations will be full-time and that students will combine research with ongoing careers in business, OD Practice, commerce or management education, training and/or consulting.

The DM in OD is conducted in English and the final Dissertation is written and examined in English. Students whose first language is not English or who have not already studied successfully in an English speaking environment will be required to provide evidence of advanced proficiency in English.
